What are the hours of operation?
Most of our childcare centres operate from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Operating days may vary by location, with some centres open 7 days a week and others open 5 days a week. For the most up-to-date information about hours and availability, please contact your local centre or the head office.
Can I visit for tour?
Certainly, we would be delighted to welcome you. Tours can be arranged on weekdays from 9 am to 11 am. If this timeframe is not suitable, kindly reach out to us directly at . Following your tour, if you believe our center aligns with your family's needs, please proceed to fill out the pre- registration form.To secure a spot, we kindly request the non - refundable registration fee and a refundable deposit to be submitted via e - transfer before your departure from the center.
What age group kids can be enrolled?
We accept children from3 months until 12 years old.
Does my child need to be tolet trained in order to attend your centre?
No. As we welcome infants as young as 7 weeks old, we aid our families by providing support during the toilet training process.
Will my child have nap time during their time with you?
Infants follow nap schedules set by parents to align home and childcare routines. As they progress, our educators work with parents to transition them to a single daily nap, preparing for the toddler program. Each child has a dedicated cot for up to two hours of rest, promoting sleep or quiet activities as needed, maintaining consistent sleep patterns between home and our facility.
Does your establishment have a nut-free policy in place?
Yes. Our centers are entirely nut-free, both in meal preparation and in terms of children's snacks. This includes all types of tree nuts.
Do you operate throughout the year?
Indeed, our operation continues year-round, except on weekends and statutory holidays.
Do you offer part time care or flexible day operations?
